Shipping Policy

We do our best to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt unless advised otherwise by standard courier delivery with New Zealand Post.

Haven is pleased to offer FREE nationwide shipping on orders of $80.00. For orders under $80.00, we offer a flat shipping fee of $5.00.

We currently only ship within New Zealand, however, if you would like to arrange international delivery to another destination, please contact our team to make an enquiry.

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we will not cover any expenses for returns such as postage.

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, items on sale are not eligible for returns.
